Written and recorded in Chris' basement during various times in 2012-2013. Chris wrote all the words and music except the following: Lyrics on "It's Finally Winter!" by Liam and Julian Zimmel, music and lyrics on "Summerlands" by Beherit, music on "Ramane Negru" co-written by Rob MacKinnon, lyrics on "The Fury Of My Perfectionism" by Cam Hayden, lyrics on "The Clenched Hand" by Paul Coutts, and lyrics on "Song Title Generator" by Pete Link.

"Econoclast" is based on a short story called "Professor Widget," written by Elena Zimmel.

Chris sang the songs and played all the instruments into microphonic devices which were connected to an 8 track recording device. Liam and Julian also sang on "It's Finally Winter!"
